Having supported the NGO over the years and understanding their business needs, SearchKings™ Africa saw an opportunity to improve the user experience and journey for donors online. ‘Donations are critical to the running of the Reach For A Dream organisation’ says Brett. ‘Given that this is their most significant form of income, streamlining the donation process online to ensure an easier and simpler user experience was imperative.’

As part of a comprehensive website audit and refresh, the site navigation was enhanced and the design tweaked – but the team made sure to keep the much-loved Reach For A Dream visuals given their emotive connection and brand affinity with the community they serve.
