Job Responsibilities
● Design and produce digital creative across a range of formats: Google/Meta/YouTube banners, videos, landing pages, newsletters, and websites
● Collaborate closely with strategists, project managers, and developers to bring marketing ideas to life
● Contribute to brand, content, and performance strategy across client accounts
● Participate in idea generation, concept development, and campaign design, from brief to delivery
● Embrace tools and technology, especially AI design tools, to improve speed and quality
● Balance high-efficiency execution with high-impact visual design
● Ensure consistent quality across assets with strong attention to CRO and marketing principles
● Work collaboratively with design, development, project management, product, and strategy teams
● Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project stakeholders
● Stay current with advertising and web design best practices, standards, processes, and emerging software
Required Skills & Experience
● A performance-driven mindset: you’re as excited by results as you are by aesthetics
● 3–5+ years experience in digital design or creative marketing, preferably in an agency or high-output team
● Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
● Willingness to use Canva or similar tools when appropriate — you focus on impact, not ego
● A strong grasp of digital platforms and creative requirements across web, display, and social
● Comfort with feedback, iteration, and working in a collaborative, agile team
● A natural curiosity and passion for using AI and emerging tools to work smarter
● Some exposure to WordPress, HTML/CSS, and basic web development (Elementor experience is a plus)
● Experience creating motion or video assets (After Effects or alternative tools welcome)
● Strong conceptual thinking and design execution abilities in both visual and interaction design
● Exceptional communication skills with strong interpersonal and written abilities
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail
● Self-motivated, organised, and accountable work approach
Minimum Experience and Qualification
● 3-5+ years of experience in digital design or creative marketing, ideally within an agency setting
● Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
● Familiarity with version control systems like Bitbucket
● Understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and animated media creation
● Solid understanding of the distinction between creative expression and commercial requirements
● Experience in creative project management (timelines, deliverable management, etc.)
● Comprehensive knowledge of:
○ Graphic design principles and marketing design
○ UI/UX design
○ Web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
○ WordPress platform and Elementor
○ Web banner creation and display advertising
○ Wireframes and mock-ups
○ Branding and typography
○ Email design and journeys
○ Creative ideation processes
○ Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles
